Cancellation Policy
At Be Healthcare Center, we strive to provide timely and efficient medical services to all our patients. To maintain this standard, we require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, diagnostic tests, or home-care visits. Providing timely notice allows us to reallocate medical professional resources to other patients who may be in urgent need of scheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to appear for a scheduled appointment, may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee or forfeiture of any advance deposit. Special conditions may apply to specialized radiology procedures and medicine delivery orders once those items have been dispatched for transit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days following the formal approval of a cancellation request. This window allows for administrative review and coordination with financial service providers. Please be aware that the actual date the funds appear in your account depends on your bank's processing speed. Be Healthcare Center provides clear communication once the refund process has been initiated to ensure full transparency.

Original Source
Refunds for transactions completed via online payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets will be processed back to the original source of payment used during the initial booking.
Bank Transfer
In cases where the original payment method is unavailable or for cash-on-delivery services, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details provided by the patient.
Healthcare Credit
Users may opt to receive their refund in the form of healthcare credits, which can be redeemed for any future consultations, diagnostic tests, or medicine deliveries at our healthcare center.
